Shine have just completed the catering systems fit out for Kier Construction at St Fagans National History Museum.
Kier have constructed an iconic sustainable visitor centre located in the Museum’s ancient woodland to celebrate the skills and crafts of the Welsh past and present and within this building is a fifty seater café.
The existing main building has been totally transformed to include new galleries, learning areas and a main restaurant facility. The facility will be open to the public in Spring 2017.
Within both areas Shine have installed their own range of bespoke fabrication and food service counters within a selection of granite and wood finishes. The ventilation canopies have also been manufactured and installed by their own in-house manufacturing facility.
Other partnered suppliers on this project include Foster Coldstores and refrigeration cabinets, Wexiodisk ware-washers, Mareno induction and Bratt pans, Rational Combination Ovens, BGL Reiber ventless cooking suite and Schaerer Coffee Prime Beverage Dispensers.
