An exciting project undertaken with SDC Construction Group over the period of 18 months up to July 2014. The client Admiral Group Plc chose Shine to assist them in the bringing to fruition a vision of staff catering that would be both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Front of house servery specification, functionality and life cycle costs suited Shine’s in house bespoke servery counters and this is now seen as the perfect choice by the caterers and the client. Layout perfectly adaptable to demand that varies throughout the day, based upon client and operator staffing levels and uptake expectancy. We were proud to utilise our brand Hyginox construction wherever possible to ensure the highest standards of hygiene could be maintained by the operators by designing out dirt traps and having easy to clean surfaces and joints wherever possible. Back of house equipment needed to perform at the highest levels of operation for long hours of output to cater for the large number of discerning staff. Life cycle costs, reliability and ease of operation were key factors in choosing , functional and robust back of house equipment. Shine canopies including odour control allows compliance with regulations whilst creating the best possible environment for the staff to operate. Iglu refrigeration, Lainox combination ovens, Falcon, Mareno cooking equipment and Winterhalter ware washing complete the picture.
