Shine Food Machinery are delighted to have been selected to deliver the Hokkei concept to Cardiff.

When MasterChef finalist Larkin Cen and Dale Williams were looking to open their first and flagship Restaurant in Cardiff they turned to Shine Food Machinery to deliver their requirement for catering equipment.

And they do not intend to stop there.  Larkin comments “The scale of the Hokkei project is huge. My ambition is to have outlets in all major cities within a very short time period”.  The proposed Restaurant at Crwys Road will house a Development Kitchen which will be used as a Training Kitchen and service a further 5 sites in Cardiff which are planned for the near future.  It will further double up as a Training Kitchen to be used to train chefs to develop the concept to the nation.

The HOKKEI project will be screened as part of a 4 part BBC Documentary.  The documentary follows the plight of Larkin and Dale since the MasterChef final to the opening of their restaurant and will be airing on the BBC in late 2014.
