During the summer of 2016, Shine have completed the catering fit-out for Wildernesse Trinity School in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Built by Willmott Dixon Construction, the Trinity School is the first of a two part programme with the Grammar School quickly following in succession and a 2017 build.

The equipment specified on the project consists of Hobart and Falcon prime cooking equipment, Fosters Refrigeration and Shine in-house fabrication, foodservice counters and ventilation canopies.
