Olympic Stadium

The Phase 1 repurposing of
the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Stadium in Stratford  for the Diamond League Athletics event,
England v New Zealand rugby league international and the Rugby World Cup 2015
was a highlight within a very successful year.

Working with Delaware North
within a constrained construction programme, in a matter of 8 weeks the package
was costed, design developed for operational flow and reengineered to deliver
structural requirements for crowd loading, allowing operation of facilities for
the test events.

Subsequently, the Phase 2
works have been redesigned to deliver the service required for the
Premiership’s West Ham United as they take possession for the 2016/2017 season.

It has been a pleasure to
work alongside Delaware North again, a relationship that started with the fit
out and then redevelopment of Wembley Stadium, with key team members involved
in both sites.

We look forward to the
handover of the Phase 2 works and future projects for our partnership.
