System Integration Project

Shine understands this and is pleased to announce the commencement of a new System Integration Project which will transform how the company is run and will allow the business to truly excel within the industry.

Shine have recently invested in a new Sage 200 Support & Maintenance contract, provided by one of the UK’s leading Sage specialists. Employee Ellen Bourne, has been working closely with this specialist to develop and implement ideas on improving system automation, enhancing existing systems and creating full system visibility – from Sales order conception, through to order management, order fulfillment and invoicing; thus increasing productivity and improving overall business efficiency which will ultimately allow a greater emphasis on customer focus, leading to greater customer satisfaction.
