Shine is committed to supporting employees professional development, providing continuous support, training opportunities and courses. One of the more recent courses undertaken is the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) Advanced Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Operations.  As a student member of the CIPS, our employee Ellen Bourne has been proactively applying the knowledge gained and ensuring compliance with the CIPS Code of Conduct which sets a benchmark for the purchasing standards within the company. These standards ensure the highest integrity in business relationships and ensures full compliance with laws & regulations and enhances proficiency by optimising the responsible use of resources for the benefit of the of the organisation and its stakeholders.
